By registering for the Road To Torino tournament or using Bullet IIID services, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or register.
Cheating, teaming, exploits, use of disallowed mods, toxic behavior towards other participants or staff entail sanctions ranging from match nullification to permanent ban from the tournament. Sanctions are visible in the Leaderboard and tracked in the internal audit system.
Season prizes are described on the Road To Torino page. Prize delivery takes place within 30 days from the end of the season. For prizes requiring shipment (e.g. iPhone, gadgets) the winner must provide a delivery address within 14 days of notification.
Bullet IIID is NOT affiliated with OTG / the game publisher. The tournament is organized on an amateur basis by the community. We do not guarantee the absence of service interruptions (server maintenance, bug fixes). We are not responsible for matchmaking issues, bans imposed by the publisher for other reasons, or malfunctions of the game itself.

The Bullet IIID Discord server has specific rules (bans for harassment, NSFW, spam, leaks). Discord violations may also lead to exclusion from the tournament at staff discretion.
Staff reserves the right to modify rules, format, calendar, prize pool if necessary due to force majeure (publisher change, prolonged server downtime, legal issues). Substantial changes are communicated via email to all registered participants at least 7 days before they take effect.
You can delete your profile at any time via privacy@bulletiiid.com. Aggregated historical statistics are anonymized (retroactive loss of podium positions is possible).
For any dispute, the competent court is that of Turin (Italy), subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
The tournament sponsors (visible on the home page) support the initiative financially but have no decision-making power over results, sanctions or prize allocation. Any affiliate links are identified as such.
